  This Job is based on 12th pass-outs. It's based on HCL Techbee program. In this Job program you will get 6 months online training and 6 month offline On The Job Training. After the successful training you will be a part of full time employee in HCL Technologies. After full time employee HCL offers you to pursue your graduation at India's top universities i:e; Bits Pilani, Amity University, IIT Bombay, KL University.

  You will receive 18,000/ month after converted to Full Time Employee. In Internship you will get 10,000/ month.

So, guy's if you have completed your 12th class and just wanted to work in a corporate world than you are at the right place. In this article i will discussing how you can join a multi-national company just after 12th. So guy's if you are from the science background than congratulations you are the perfect for this job but for arts and commence background students must have maths subject to get this job.

so, let's move-on to the 1st part which is "what is this job program structure" -

As i told you this is based on 12th pass-outs, if you have completed 12th with 60% marks with math, computer and English than only you can apply for this. If you applies, gets selected than you will be having 6 months online training and 6 months offline OJT (On The Job Training). After OJT you will be converted into the full time employee and you will be the part of this organisation. When you converts to full time empoloyee after the 1 year of joining HCL offers you to pursue your graduation from India's top universities include Bits Pilani, Amity University, IIT Bombay, KL University.

so, now let's explore all these one by one:-

As we discussed earlier you will have online and offline OJT for 6-6 Months. In 6 months online training you will get a laptop from HCL to attend there most advanced classes. During online training's you will get $650/ months for recharge to take the online training, in the trainings they will train you in technical fields and to improve your communication skills and many more. So, at the end of these 6 months online training's you will have end term assessment and IKM. Basically IKM stands for "International Knowledge Measurement". In these two assessments whatever you trained during the training, the combined questions will be asked in the assessment. So, i believe you will clear both the assessment. so, as you have cleared the both assessments you will get tech side else infra side for your on the job training. basically infra stands for infrastructure and tech means technical side. In technical side you will work as a software engineer or apps department, and iin the infrastructure you will work as a Analyst, specialist and after promotion a technical specialist.

Okay so, whatever side you get's you will get assigned in any of the project according to your performance, now as you have assigned to the project you will be working in a real world, you will get to learn many skills day to day, from your seniors and colleagues. The interesting thing of this 6 months internship is you will get 10,000 rupees as a stifiend in your bank account for your personal needs. guy's And if you are still reading this article than i would like to congrats you. You will be the full time employee in HCL Tech after the successful completion of OJT.

When you converts to FULL TIME EMPLOYEE means FTE than you will get 18,000 per months. Guy's this is the interesting thing for this job because you are getting 18,000 per months just after your 12th. Guy's try to imagine if you don't joins this job than what will you do, you will try to get government job but today there is no confirmation to get government employee, if you pursues your graduations and than you tries to apply for this job than there is no confirmation you will get hired by the company or not because according to your skills you have to show them your power. but now if you joins this just after your 12th, you will have your 18,000 at the end of the every month in your bank. So yar, don't go away just grab the opportunity. and also HCL offers you India's top universities to get done your graduations, like Bits Pilani, Amity University, Sastra university and KL University and many more...

And also HCL will give 80% fee for your graduation, you need to give only 20% fee and i believe you know about these top universities. If you applies in these universities by your own than you need to take an entrance exam, if you qualifies that than only you will get admission and fee will be more than 2.5 lacks but by HCL you will get 80% fee and rest 20% fee you will have to pay.

okay let me tell you about fee structure for amity university.

If you enrolls in BCA by HCL than the total fee is 1 lakh 15 thousands and hcl will give 90,000 rest fee you will have to pay, it around 25,000 only.
